Everyone at Afropunk looked like a damn dream Afropunk style is never missable. This year was no exception.

Personal style at major music festivals can be generally watered down and frankly, a little lame, but not at. Afropunk. Attendees of the music and arts festival, now in its thirteenth year, looked as lush and happy as ever. Flower crowns, which have been having a moment in fashion, were ever-present and larger than life. Shades of bright yellow were inescapable, and skinny shades returned sleeker and chic-er than ever. OutKast To Headline BET Experience 2014 In L.A.

Outkast can now add another festival to their 40 date comeback tour. The Atlanta duo will be headlining BET Live in Los Angeles, a three day music festival (June 27th-June 29th) housed in the L.A. Live complex downtown. This year’s festivities will include concerts, celebrity panels, wellness expos, exhibits and fan expos. After Maxwell and Jill Scott kick off the weekend with performances at the Staples Center. Outkast is set to hit the stage Saturday (June 28th) night along with A$AP Rocky, Ty Dolla Sign, August Alsina, K. Michelle and Rick Ross. Mary J. Blige, Jennifer Hudson and more are set to perform at concerts leading up to the BET Awards Sunday night (June 29th) at the Nokia Theatre.

Before they hit the BET Live stage, Outkast is slated to perform at the Governor’s Ball June 6th-8th in New York, and then’s Drake OVO Fest in Houston, TX on August 3rd. Check out the full BET Live Line below.

VIBE’S FIRST ‘V-MIX’ CONCERT FEAT. A-TRAK, A$AP MOB, AND PUSHA T

VIBE is proud to announce the first V-MIX concert featuring DJ A-Trak, the A$AP Mob and special guest Pusha T. It’s all set to go down on Nov. 29 at the Best Buy Theater in New York City. This special mash-up performance will feature all three acts performing together for the first time ever. A-Trak will be behind the turntables as A$AP Rocky, A$AP Ferg, A$AP Twelvy, A$AP Ant, and A$AP Ty Beats rock the stage all night long. G.O.O.D. Music’s Pusha T will also be in the building for a special set. Opening DJ set by Hot 97’s Funk Master Flex! Doors will open at 8pm, and the show is open to all ages.
